The organization, once having developed and then organically integrated
a process, then has to implement it. Although some systems may have
impact only on certain, limited areas of the organization, most
processes have also indirect impacts on some others. Moreover, the
customers and the vendors of the organization, as well as the environment,
are also usually affected from the change
Therefore, an organization should also develop ways to monitor
the execution. In most of the cases, self-monitoring systems are
ideal solutions. Every single unit/ person follows own contribution
and makes the necessary tunings. In several other cases, it is very
likely to be confronted with implementation difficulties. Users
may have difficulties to adapt the process to their actual structure
or may have problems while using the process.
In such instances, it is necessary to intervene. Generally, guidance
is enough to solve such implementation problems. Therefore, continuous
monitoring and coaching is crucial, until the process is efficiently
functioning.
